The golf sim is located in the rear building at 215 Aickin Road, Whangamata.
Enter the rear building through the large white aluminium and glass door. During business hours, this door is often already unlocked. If not, use your Salto access device to unlock it.
Once inside, you will see the entry door to the sim. Use your Salto access device to unlock it, being mindful that golfers may already be inside the sim.
Your Salto access details have been sent to the email address you used to book your session.
If you have not received these at least one hour before your session, please check your junk email folder.
Follow the instructions contained in this email to configure your smartphone as the entry device.
Your phone will need to have the bluetooth function activated to unlock the doors.
When unlocking a door handle, hold your device flat against the sensor component of the handle.
The handle will flash yellow when it has received your key. There is a slight delay, and then a green flash to indicate the door is unlocked.
If the handle flashes red after presentation of your key, try again,
The sim is not staffed and you will need to familiarise yourself with the access process and the instructions for use ahead of your visit.
These can seem overwhelming at first, but once you have used the sim, they are a lot easier the next time around.
